Best jeans for a petite person with wide hips
I am having such a hard time finding jeans that don't look like mom jeans ON ME. I have wide hips, a smaller waist and I'm short. I don't have a big stomach but I feel like all the jeans I've tried make me look like I do. I've tried Ann Taylor, NY&C, Levi's, Gap, Old Navy. I need help. Anyone??

I'm 5'4, with wide hips and small waist. I just bought a pair of Not Your Daughters Jeans and I seriously got so many compliments. They had petite sizes as well. Petite fits me too perfect so I always end up buying the regular and having them hemmed. They are expensive, but I don't mind spending a little more on a jean that flatters me.

I was thinking about trying these also. Ever since I had a csection, I feel like all if my jeans fit me strange now. Did you order them online or from a store?

I went to the store and tried them on. I was in Lord & Taylor for something else and saw them. They have a few different cuts and they all fit different.
My DH and mother both thought I lost 10 lbs when I put them on

I just bought my first 2 pairs of NYDJ at the Outlet in Deer Park and I them! They are awesome. they are $$$$$ but they were having a fantastic sale (46% off for Superbowl  ) so I took the plunge. Awesome.

has a litte stretch
length is perfect
made for a curvier shape

someone else recommended joe's jeans as well. I think I'm gonna have to get over my cheapness and splurge for a few pair of great fitting jeans.

Riders by Lee Premium! Sounds strange, but they are a great fit, and around $30 at Kohls. Walmart & Kmart also sell them for a little less, but their selection doesn't seem to be as good. They have just that little hint of stretch to them, and come in a few washes, boot cut, etc. Swear by them!
