i was going to have a nice small healthy choice meal but the friggin guys at the office got panera bread so now im stuffing my face with a big ass sandwich and chips

i had brought stirfry and brown rice from home but I just went and ate chicken salad on an everything bagel

I ended up having tropical smoothie cafe flatbread. Not too bad calorie wise and it's chicken. Just gotta snack on veggies this afternoon.
