What is this "shelf" moulding? Does it have a name? Where I can buy something like it?

You mean the one with the wine bottles behind the stove? Or the range hood? If its the one behind the stove, it's actually a little alcove that is built into the wall and then tiled. If its the range hood, its just a shelf built onto the wooden hood (the mechanics are inside - a separate piece). Usually the triangle shaped piece above the hood, which they painted, is the same wood as the rest of the hood but these people decided to paint theirs for a different look. HTH.

I would look for Cap or Bullnose molding and start there. They might have also built it into the wall, but I would go to a tile store and look at decorative edging.

The one that is making the box above the stove is just chair rail that they used and then towards the bottom in that thin line is pencil moulding.

I'm pretty sure they're called chair rail molding for the first one and pencil border molding or listellos. You can find them at any tile store.

Hi, Ken Kelly here... What you are seeing in the first photo is a niche recessed into the wall to create a shelf behind the range. The "molding" is actually a chair-rail molding made of tile.
It looks like Sonoma's tile, which you can get at Fiorano Tile Gallery in Williston Park (right next door to our showroom so be sure to stop in and say HI)
