Godparent Question

I am so torn and I hope you ladies can help give me some perspective...

I have 3 sisters and DH has 1. When my first DD was born we asked my 1 sister who lives here on LI and my BIL (his sister's DH) to be her Godparents.

Now that DD #2 is on the way I am so torn about who to ask to be her Godmother. My oldest sister is really campaigning for the job, but my younger sister has never been a Godmother to any of my other nieces/nephews. We are all equally close even though they both live out of state. I am not all that close to my SIL, but I am her son's Godmother and my DH is her oldest daughter's Godfather. I really am not sure who to ask! I don't want to hurt anyones feelings. I am 99.9% sure that this will be my last child so there is little chance that there will be another opportunity to ask again. WWYD?

i'd pick the younger sister who hasn't been it yet, if you think she'd be good..... she'd probably be excited to have the special role.

then pick the godfather from dh's family or dh's friend.
