Bad Congestion. Updtd..and now fever

Bad Congestion. Updtd..and now fever
just got my bfp the other day and now i am so congested, runny nose and now my head is starting to feel so heavy from all of this and not being able to breathe. my Dr. isnt seeing me till 8 weeks. is tylenol the only thing that's safe? and saline nasal spray?
eta: now i have a low grade fever. im getting nervous..dh just went to get tylenol but i just would hate to be on it for too long  and if there is an infection in my body causing this fever, im worried

I wouldn't Automatically think fever. You temp might be high from the pregnancy

Yes tylenol is safe. So is robituson and i believe sudafed.
Saline spray is good also try a neti pot. The neti pot is great at clearing up congestion and its all natural.
Try sleeping with a humidifier as well...
Also drink lots and lots of water so you dont get dehydrated. Drink the water with lemon and also try drinking hot water with lemon.
If your feeling like you may have a fever I would say call your dr to be on the safe side. Im sure its nothing but my dr always tells me if a start to.run a fever call him.

This, same thing with the congestion. Its common to get sinus congestion too. Id just use the saline spray as needed.

thank you. fever went down this morning. i used the tylenol (all i had was extra strength so i only took 1). i might have to use the saline drops. and ill call my dr monday if it hasnt gotten better and then maybe take sudafed if i really have to.
