Weight loss after Pregnancy

I always searched threads on weight lost after pregnancy so I wanted to give my update. I had a C section on January 18th. I was extremely swollen for a few days after, I went in with my wedding rings on and then it took 8 days before they would fit again! Now, I am 17 days post partum and I have lost 23 pounds out of 38. I am breast feeding but supplementing and I am eating exactly the way I always did. These last 15 pounds are bound to be stubborn, but the weight really does come right off so don't worry like I did

I think it depends on the person, how much weight was gained, etc. For me, I could not lose my last 15 pounds until after I stopped breast feeding. After that, it came right off.

I gained 21 lbs.

I am 13 days PP and i've lost 14 lbs already. 7 more to go. I am FF and i am eating the same as i always do (aka junk).

I was 180 when I went in for my emergency c-section. I had developed pre-eclampsia and was really sick. One week later I had lost 50 pounds. I have exclusively pumped and am now below my pre pregnancy weight.
