How do I melt the cheese on the nacho chips in the oven to make nachos?

If you buy the jarred cheese seasoned for nachos, you can just microwave it in the jar, then pour it out.
Are you making your own cheese (blocks), or buying it pre-packaged (in a jar)?

put the chips and cheese on foil and pop in the oven on like 400 or 450 for just a few min. the key is high temp short time

broil on high for just a couple of minutes and keep your eye on them because they can burn fast!

I just sprinkle cheese on them and pop them in the microwave for 45 seconds. It works fine as long as you aren't putting the chips in for a long time.
