My DH informed of the best pregnancy exercise
He's so cute, he's been doing so much research on pregnancy since I got my BFP. I really appreciate, but today I couldn't believe what he said to me. I mentioned how I'm going to ask my doctor what kinds of exercise I can do, and he said completely seriously and with a straight face "I read the best exercise you can do while pregnant is Kegels."   And he pronounced it wrong  I didn't know he even knew what that was! I just thought I'd share to give you ladies a little laugh for the day!

That's great that your DH is reading up on stuff though. I love my DH , he is the best , but I don't think he has read one page of any pregnancy books I have or looked up anything online. Not now , not with previous pregnancies.

Totally crashing, but remind me of my DH. He said something similiar, but he pronounced it cankles
He told me to do my cankles and I'm like 
THen figured it out!

LMAO!!!!!!!!! I would of totally laughed my butt off if DH told me that! But then I would of hugged him for being so clueless and cute!
