Re: if I make cookies today
They should be fine. Put them in tupperware with wax paper.

Re: if I make cookies today
Can you resist not eating them until then?
Learned my lesson the hardway this christmas - baked too early and ate cookies every night (see my weightwatchers post on diet & fitness).
Seriously, they should be fine.

Re: if I make cookies today
Update: well they survived the few days before being served And they were horrible hahahahahaha.
I tried choco hip Oreo cookies from pintrest and while they tasted good especially when they were first cooked by Sunday they were hard as a rock hahaha. We. Did warm them up before serving and they were better and softer.when I added the Oreos into the batter it got dry and I had a feeling they were gonna be dry. All well.

Sorry I'm seeing this late, but maybe next time underbake them and put them in the tupperware while lukewarm, and add a slice of bread to the container. This works like a charm.

Thanks for the tip. But I think it was the recipe. The batter was a little dry before I even baked. I think it needed another egg or something. But I will keep those tips in mind.
