And now for my very embarrassing story/question... UPDATED
This is TMI so sorry but Im nervous ..
We havent had sex in forrrreeverrrr. Between the bloatedness and everything we've been doing Im just not up for it.
Last night I was going crazy but Ive still been nervous to have an O...
My dr has no restrictions on us regarding that, she said if Im up for it then good for us, haha.
Anyway. Last night we didnt have sex but we did other things and literally as soon as I started Oing the worst AF cramps came and lasted for a long time. I was so nervous. I finally fell asleep but I was woken up by very bad cramps that I ended up having to take tylenol.
Is this bad? Did I hurt it??? I feel okay now but what the fukkkk was that last night? I left a message for my nurse (so embarrasssing to tell her this but I want to make sure I didnt hurt anything)
Any advice? Opinions? Thoughts? TIA
UPDATE : Nurse called me back and said as long as no spotting Im good. She said its b.c. when you have an O your uterus contracts a little too.

unless you are restricted from sex and not spotting, it should be OK. i had no restrictions and we  like normal for the most part.
in a true  moment i emailed dr. B the day of my ER asking if it was OK to have sex. DH and I were literally in bed waiting for him to respond.. a few minutes later i got an email that said "sex ok."

Crashing. For my whole first trimester I got the WORST AF type cramps after an O. I think I even cried once. Lol. But it's normal bc the uterus is contracting after an O.

Wow. Real nice mama  For what it's worth, I refused to leave the guy till now, but you CHOOSE to be my friend ... So what does that say about you?!
