today is our on or about date...
and while i wish we were closing today, i have a feeling we're very close
appraiser is going in today (finally).. the seller's rea was away, so it was held up a bit
we were locked into our rate of 3.75
can't wait for everything to work out..we're headed to costa rica feb 20, so we're REALLY hoping we close before then and can enjoy our vacation!!
