Ball of nerves?
Were you a ball of nerves when you started IVF? I seriously fell like a hot mess today.

Yes!
I have found that there are ups and downs, but overall, it has not been as bad as I thought at first.
HTH - Good luck! Try to find some stress-management techniques that will work for you.
I've started to do breathing exercises and meditation.
OH, and cuddling with our doggie!

I agree with all of this.. I was nervous the whole entire way through... you can see in my journal as well as other posts I had. /but in retrospect, its not as bad as I thought it would be. Just look here for support and try the meditation stuff!
