I didn't take prenatals during my pregnancy, they didn't agree with me. If you eat well, you don't need to take them. Here in the UK we aren't necessarily urged by our healthcare professionals to take them as they are considered to be a sort of self medication.
My baby turned out fine, all 11 toes and 13 fingers!

i think i have read if the pre-natals are making you sick you can take something like a Flintstone vitamin.
