that's what we are having for dinner tonight.
My fav - breaded and fried, served with mashed potatoes and red cabbage.
I also like this way : dredge in seasoned flour, pan fry. Then I make a sauce of sauteed shallots, mushrooms, broth. Thicken with a beurre manie (uncooked roux), add a touch of cream and fresh chopped parsley, add back the chops to heat thru. Serve with buttered noodles.
