How long does it take to get pre-approved? Is this a simple process?

DH and I got our pre-approval in one day. Just make sure you have all the required paper work. We had to provide bank statements, W-2's, pay stubs, they check your credit, and proof of any other money that you plan on using for your down payment.

We got pre-approved over the phone - so less than 30 minutes.
