Anyone like me and hate thick winter coats?
I'm always pretty warm ( if it's 40 outside I dress for 50 lol). I never understand how anyone can wear a giant puffy coat with a scarf , hat etc and it's 40 degrees out. Right now I'm wearing a spring jacket every day ( I know I'm nuts but I sweat in anything else!)
I'd wear a normal winter coat if I could find one that was thin, warm but not too warm. ...

i feel like okay its great to walk from car to store..but then what???? sweat like an animal if you keep it on inside...or take it off right away and have to carry a huge bulky animal around with me everywhere!!!
i run hot so i dont get it either!

I am always always freezing but i can not STAND winter coats.
I hate bulk. I hate wrapping myself up in a scarf- I feel like I am going to choke.
I don't like anything on my neck- even turtlenecks.
If it is even SLIGHTLY warm outside I will run out without my coat.
Like a PP said- it's in and out of the car- and into the destination.
Unless I know I will be outside for hours walking around in the cold- I just can't handle the heaviness

Same here. I feel like I can't move in a winter coat. I would rather wear a puffy vest or nothing.

I never wear a coat if I can help it. Hate driving in it, hate the bulkiness of it all.
My mom had a heart attack when she saw me after work yesterday and wasn't wearing anything but a thin shirt outside. 
If I'm going to be otside for a LONG time, I'll bundle up. Just for going to and from the car to work/home, I don't wear a coat.

ugh-yes. I hate sweaters too. I do get cold though, so I wear cotton sweaters or cardigans--nothing too thick.
And I do wear a coat because I walk a lot and work in the city, but never a puffy coat.
I have two wool coats-a short & a long. The long is lined & really warm.
At home I wear tank tops & if it is cold, a thin hoodie or cardigan, open. I don't like my arms to be restricted.

When I was on LI, I rarely wore a heavy coat since I felt like most days were not that cold. I would keep a winter jacket in my car just in case something happened. Now that I live further north, a winter coat is a must. Many days it is bitter cold and I would freeze just walking to my car without one. I miss LI weather.
