I know people have posted his name here before, but I am going to repeat it and tell you my experience trying refinancing my house.

Jeff Martin works with Continental Home Loans and worked with us when we bought our house. He was awesome.

Fast forward 18 months - My husband and I were not looking to refinance but we saw an ad for a bank and thought we would just check it out. Well a month and 100 pieces of paper later we saw through their deal and walked away. Since we had all of this paperwork already, a coworker suggested that we try again using his company so he could get a deal on his closing costs. We got burned again, by two banks this time. This was like a series of unfortunate events that we didn't even mean to happen.

We finally called Jeff. He remembered everything about us, our house, and our mortgage. He told us exactly what to do and this time it felt right.
