The All New Good Housekeeping Cookbook is my favorite. There are a ton of recipes and every single one has been a hit!
And I know a lot of people hate Rachael Ray, but you can't beat good 30 minute dishes, so for some quicker recipes I like the Classic 30 min meals by Rachael Ray. There were two or three meals I have not liked but there are some in there that are just soooo delicious and easy.
Those are pretty much all I need and use, but I also like the joy of cooking and I use the Annie's Eats blog A LOT.
