Why do I need to use condoms/abstinence on lupron?
What is this? No sexy time? Can someone explain this to me? Poor IVF nurse. I already have 6000000000 questions for her and I haven't even started lupron yet!

For the sake of treats I think it's because you can still produce an egg on it. It's not like bcp.
BUT Really?? If I haven't gotten pregnant from them shoving sperm up my hoo hah on several occasions when there were definitley 2-4 eggs present and ready for action, I'm not going to worry too much.

Umm... I've gone through infertility and currently getting a surrogate, as you know.. and even I was told to use some form of birth control!! Really Dr.B???? REALLY?!?!
The best part about it is I get to laugh with my friends about how I'm married, infertile, we want a baby more than ANNNNNYTHING ... we're getting a surrogate.. and I need to use birth control. Yea. Ok.
Anyway, this could be a good thing. A friend of mine was just saying last night that she got pregnant even while using a condom. Umm maybe THAT'S what where we went wrong all this time!!! Maybe the condom will actually work in your favor!! Oh yea- and some pino noir
