tv on wall??

if you have your tv on the wall, what else is on the wall?? we have a large wall...our tv is against it on a stand. we would like to hang it on the wall, but I'm afraid its going to stick out like a soar thumb on the wall without anything else on the walls.

I don't think it will stick out if you got shelves under it or a console beneath it to hold your audio/video equipment or gaming system....

Or you can add a background like in this image...
