What to wear to a retirement party?
Never been to one! I replaced the woman who retired. It will be at Flowerfield, but I don't know what to wear!!! I have boobs and don't really love my upper arms...any suggestions? I'd like to spend around $100.

How about something like this one below. It's a little more than you wanted to spend but it's on sale and with a coupon, you'll be right at the top of your price range. It's a beautiful dress and definitely wouldn't accentuate boobs or arms:
