Mortgage broker?
Does anyone have any recommendations on a good mortgage broker? We are first time home buyers and we are starting to look at homes. We need someone who we can trust and give us a good rate! thanks for any help!!!

I always recommend Steve Simpson at U.S. Mortgage Corporation. He's very knowledgeable, very accessible to his customers, and a total straight shooter. He's helped many of my buyers and I think everyone who uses him has been happy with his service. I find his bank can close loans much faster than the typical lender these days.

We worked with Steve (and Christine) and he was EXCELLENT! We were originally with another broker and ran into a ton of problems. We switched to Steve and everything couldn't have gone better. Definitely give him a call!
