TMI but please help me out
How do you know it's full flow. I don't mean to sound stupid (which I'm sure I do) but what does full flow mean? I need the TMI answers because I am not sure if this is CD1 and I am supposed to start a clomid cycle so I really need to know. I am so confused because the time is all wrong (11 days early) and the color is all wrong (brown) but I have cramps, sore you know what and what I think a full flow. What the H E double hockey sticks is going on? Is this AF?

Brown is *usually* spotting. But it depends on how heavy it is...

I was always told all red and not just spots of it. Ex a tampon half full in an hour or two or same for a pad
