hot tubs - is this a good price?

DH and I went to look at hot tubs today and (isn't this always what happens!???) the one we like best is also the most expensive. It's a Hot Springs brand tub, which I understand from research is really good quality. So the dealer priced out a floor sample envoy at $10,895. It has a fancy salt system which is what drove the price up - they said the floor sample without it (if they had one) would be about $9995.

I know $10 is high for a hot tub but does anyone know if that's a good value for a hot springs brand tub?

We just bought a hot springs grandee a few weeks ago. It was the floor model as well. We paid a lil more than that. I think the price is a little high. I would def do without the salt system. Or see if they can give you a better deal.

Did you buy from Ocean Spray on 110? We were in there for 2+ hours yesterday and are going back today for a wet test. What do you think of the Hot Springs brand? We weren't looking to spend quite that much but after a lot of research it seems Hot Springs is amongst the best there is out there.

We def don't need the salt system. It comes with the floor sample though. A new one without the salt system is about $150 more.

Yes we bought from the one on 110...I love our tub, it is very high quality. I wouldnt buy any other brand. Who is your salesperson? FM me if you dont feel comfortable saying it on here. We also had an issue upon delivery with the tub, because it was the floor model...But overall, the tub is great.
