the ones you refrigerate? God, I used to use those back in high school (20+ years.) They did crap, but I felt "cool" doing it anyway.

Years ago. Like PP stated, they don't work.
I wonder if cucumbers on your eyelids would be more effective.

My derm also recommended whole milk and cucumbers.
Even prep H for puffiness but I feel a little funny about that.
My eyes lately feel tired.
