I can't find my contract at the moment but I have a question. We did the 2+2 IVf thing with Dr. B when he was with AFS (paid AFS I believe). We used 2 cycles and had 2 more "paid for". We were going to use a 3rd but it got converted to IUI (for which my ins company was nicely billed) and I got pregnant. Now, as my little pea brain recalls, the "contract" only spoke to IVF and being that I got pregnant on an IUI (for which my ins was billed) I was under the impression that I still had those 2 un-used IVF's to use. I called Dr. B's office and was first told that since I delivered the contract was null and void. When I questioned the whole ins thing the answered changed that it was null and void b/c he was no longer with AFS. So, i am going to call AFS tomorrow but I am just curious if anyone else had a similar situation and what the outcome was. TIA!
