CD 1 -- UPDATE
IUI #4 was a bust. I had 4 mature follicles. DH had an excellent count. I was actually a little hopeful.
AF teased me and came late. CD1. I'm going in tomorrow to start another cycle.
This is so emotionally draining.

Update: I went to the RE this morning to start a new cycle. I spoke to financial department. Sperm mobility is low but not low enough by their standards to be considered a male factor. I need to do two more IUIs before we can ask GHI for approval for IVF.
They did give me a packet about IVF. It is so overwhelming! As much as I want to start Ivf on the sooner side, it looks a little scary and intimidating.
Im doing another IUI cycle with clomid.
DH has been so supportive and wonderful. I'm also so glad to be able to come on here and vent and ask questions about all of this. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful.

The same thing happened to me. I thought "this was it"- and it wasn't.
Think bigger and better things. I bet if you make the appointment for the IVF consult, it may happen on it's own .....

I am sooo sorry...have they spoken to you about doing injectables? I was told that if after 3 rounds of IUI w/ clomid did not work that we would pursue that

Thanks ladies 
Hopefully my doctor is in tomorrow so I can talk to her about what the next step will be. I am responding well to the clomid but apparently the IUIs just arent working. It's so discouraging.

it is def scary but i think when u get to that point u know u r ready for ivf..
if u guys r not ready def do more clomid and iui if thats what u r comfy with

I was very scared of IVF too, but it actually helped me get a better dx and make decisions for treatment based on what was really wrong (and not just what appeared to be wrong). You'll move forward when you are ready (if you need to!).

hopefully you wont need to go to IVF. it can definitely appear intimidating. The girls on this board have beens o helpful with my journey.
Wishing you the best for your nexy cycle!!
One thing I might do is have DH do a repeat SA in a few weeks. Its not always exactly the same. So if its better, you knnow you have a good chance at natural/iui. If its less than good, ghi might approve you for ivf sooner.

Thank you everyone!
The financial person did mention that we might want to to do another SA. As much as I don't want to the mobility to be 2%, if it would help us get to the IVF quicker that might be a good thing.
We'll see what happens after these next two cycles. Hopefully I won't need to go that route... And if I do, I know I'll get alot of support here.
