We went to Dreams Riviera Cancun last year. It was fabulous! Great kids club, lots of activities for the kids.

Re: all inclusive for families??
I haven't been yet (we're going in July w our 4.5yo, 3yo and 7.5week old) but Club Med Sandpiper Bay in Florida is supposed to be fantastic for the kids.
My BF went with her family last year and they want to be stowaways on our trip, they loved it
We also took my (then) 9month old to Paradisus Punta Cana with friends who had a 6month old. We stayed in the Family Concierge section and it was beautiful and had a great kids camp (we used it 1-2x for daycare for a couple of hours but the activities looked great for older kids too).

I heard Paradisus is really nice. Someone posted a review about Club Med not being so kid friendly since they renovated it. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts after your trip.

I don't have kids; but I've stayed at iberostar properties before and the kids there seem to have a good time.
