Hot water heater!
How much do they go for? How much to install it? We are renting a house and have been using the oil burner for hot water.. It isn't cutting it.. The landlord came the other day and adjusted the temp of the water and it helped for 3 days!!! Now we are back to no hot water after 6pm!!! It is not fun when we can't take a shower when we need to and I am still bathing my 2 year old in the kitchen sink!!!

Re: Hot water heater!
Shouldn't the landlord take care of that?
You can also look into on-demand water heaters. You can get one just for the shower. It heats up the water as you need it, and just for a small area, if that's how it's set up.

Re: Hot water heater!
There is one but it is disconnected. Said it broke... So they are using the coil in the oil burner. He said they (family of 4) never had a problem.. There are 4 adults here and a toddler.. We have tried all different things to get hot water.. I am not paying for it, I was hoping to get a good price so he would pay for it... I will look into an on-demand water heater.. Thanks!!!
