Shape cake (surfboard)...
Anyone have any idea where I could get a cake in the shape of a surfboard? Preferably Queens or Nassau.

I think any bakery should make something like that custom if you ask them. I would go into your favorite local bakery and ask. Maybe bring a picture of what you have in mind.
Or maybe some of the places that do wedding cakes since I'm sure they do custom work!
