Glad I got over the injection hurdle!!!! UPDATE
I just got the call .. we start stims tonight.
Continuing Lupron, and now doing Gonal F and Menopur.
Better get that vodka bottle ready
UPDATE:
Okay thanks so much for the support and advice. First stims are officially done. It took an hour to do everything haha. I had to call the on call nurse because I was using the wrong syringes (she mustve thought I was an idiot) .. BUT all is good. Its over and hopefully it wont be an hour tomorrow.
P.S. I froze my stomach again with the bottle and felt absolutely nothing with any of the injections and no burning with the menopur so maybe that'll help you girls for next time :)

Good luck! It's not so bad. You get used to the routine. My hubby was a pro by the time we got to our 3 round of injectables.

Good luck! I was really nervous about getting the injections mixed and then actually sticking myself but after the first 2 days it seemed like normal!

You know you're becoming a junkie when you discover that of the injections that you're using, you have favorites. I've always had a soft spot for gonal  
Oh and just so you know.... menopur burns going in so inject slow and bite your lip!

I was on 10 units of Lupron for 5 days and now Im still taking the Lupron but only 5 units combined with the Gonal and Menopur.

I personally found the actual medication itself (the fluid part) would burn as you are injecting it in. It maybe lasts for a few seconds after you're done but really it just burns while it's going in. You can try icing it- though I never did... Just inject really slow and you should be FINE!! You may not even find it burns!! Everyone is different!

Thank you! One more question, sorry. I have three injections tonight. Lupron, Gonal and Menopur. Any advice on if I should switch sides of my stomach for the shots? Should I place them apart from each other? Any order I should do them in?

No specific order.. They say to switch sides but that's really just for comfort and if you are using multiple injects a night, it really doesn't matter.. I'd just space them apart- like don't inject the same area.
ETA: You should use them around the same time each night.. like within a 2hr window is good.
