Not sure if DH is going to be able to and I can't imagine I will be able to either....

I use the upper third of my thigh and heat, then pinch some skin and while keeping it pinched inject. After I heat and massage.
My DH can't do it and I don't even want him to try since he's nervous.

I think he'd be able to do it better then I could. I've been having anxiety about this injection for the past week and I haven't even started stims yet.

Heat first, I sit, turn upper body and inject in upper outer butt quadrant! I pinch, plunge needle and inject. Then I massage and use heat. Takes me forever.

Ok I am hopefully starting PIO early in this cycle. I am used to using ice to numb (we used PIO 2or 3 times it too late in my last cycle and it was a chemical) but... how does the heat work? will i feel it more?!?!?!?!

Noooooo, don't use ice!!! Always heat before, I think it actually hurts less
