happy new year?
does anyone else cringe when someone tells you this? Obviously my view's colored by my recent experiences. But I full out cringe and I can barely find the words to resond back to them!

Honestly.. 2011 had its good points and bad.. but I like when people say 'happy new year' because I am soooo ready to just move on to something new!! I have high hopes for 2012 and I'm excited to have a new beginning and leave 2011 behind us!!!
.. sorry.. I hope that's not annoyingly optimistic.. I just feel like nothing helps the sour taste of a loss like the ability to move on and hopefully get better news! The new year is the perfect time for that.

i have always always hated new year's
i always cry and get depressed..even if it was a good year
so this one and the year before have really suucked major balls!
but i have a wedding this nye and i am going to get drunkity drunk drunk drunk!
and i dont even drink

Just think of how upset you would be if you were told it was going to be 2011 FOREVER    Think, the movie Groundhog Day.
2012 doesn't seem so bad now!

after 2 min i stopped and then puked

Sorry I had to respond first to Gina's crazy drunk night lol....
But as for your question, its not the statement happy new year that gets me annoyed its the fact that I can't be happy right now. I'm not in the mood to celebrate so hearing everyone else be so excited for NYE it annoys me

OMG, that is so freaking hilarious. I hope you got the helmet off before you puked lol.
In regards to New Years.... I always looked at NYE as a fresh start. It is a chance to close one chapter and start another. I know you have been through a lot and it must be so hard.... But try thinking that at this time next year, you might have (or be very close to having) your My doctor told me thst chemicals are often a good sign that your body is doing something right. I think this will be a great year for you.

Im excited for u to have fun at this nye wedding - u deserve it
i generally dont think twice about new years celebrations bc i always work... and this year is just as well bc im not in a very celebratory mood - but i am looking forward to 2011 being over bc it was NOT a good year overall. Im looking to 2012 for a fresh start.
