another bcp question..
i have never been on bcp
lol wheni was younger i could not take it bc of another med i was on etc etc
so i am assuming i will need it for ivf..they just said to come in cd 3 when i get cleared by hemo..
so is it covered by ins? is it considered fertility..i am just trying to figure out if it will be covered and if not about how much it will be

Just ask Dr.B's office for a sample pack! My insurance only covers them through mail order in a set of 3 They are so 'black and white' those insurance companies and don't realize that the pill is not ONLY used for people who need it for contraceptives and need to order them in bulk!! Every plan is different though..... but still, you could just get a pack from Dr.B's.

my insurance always covered BCP.
that being said, almost every time i needed it for fertility treatments Dr B's just gave me a sample pack.

You may not need BCPs. My RE does not make you take them, but that could be because I have a pretty regular cycle.
