baking shrimp..what do you do?
My sister makes awesome shrimp oreganata..which we had for Xmas Eve. She bakes it with the shell on. I didn't think it was a big deal. My DH likes the shrimp but made a comment saying oh she should have cleaned the shrimp all the way and take off the shell. (not exactly saying she was lazy-but I think implying it)
Not sure-what do you guys do?
shell on or off?

I always do shells off. Just figure its a bit easier to eat when they're breaded. When I fry shrimp though I leave the shells on

Keeping the shells on retains more flavor and moisture in the shrimp - that is why it is prepared that way, not out of laziness.
I usually have to take the shells off because my DH says the same thing......
