Finally! The sellers countersigned this AM. We are in contract!
I am so excited. After living with my parents for over a year, we finally found a house! We are moving to Smithtown. Our new home will be right on Miller's Pond!!

Thanks. We should be closing mid-February. I am so excited. It took us over a year but when we walked in, we knew it was it. We love the house and the property. I never knew Miller's Pond existed and now it will be my backyard!!
