One of mine and DH's fav's (which we got to for special occasions) is Pier 95 in Freeport. It is just off the Nautical Mile. They have a baked stuffed lobster that is to die for.

Right now it's Park Place in Floral Park. They just opened up last year, it's amazing!
An oldie but a goodie is Baci on Old Country Rd. But we never go there bc its always over an hour wait.

3 Brothers in Rockville Centre.
they have a FULL vegan menu and it is all delicious...but you don't have to be vegan to love this place. we took my mom there and she ordered a clam dish from their regular menu (don't know exactly what it was, i have never eaten seafood and don't remember what it was called) and she said it was the best she's ever had it...and she said that's one of her favorite dishes to order out!!
if you happen to be vegetarian or vegan, the "mozz" sticks are incredible, the seitan parm is unbelievable, and the seitan marsala is the best thing i've eaten since being vegan...and possibly before that too!!
