If you had to take BC before starting
injectables how many days did you take the bc before beginning Lupron?

i didnt do lupron but i did 3.5 weeks of BCP before starting stims

You overlap with Lupron, I've done protocols with anywhere from 2-3.5 weeks of bcp before starting Lupron. Don't rush it!!

I'm starting IVF in January and my protocol will be 2-3 weeks of BCPs before starting Lupron. I think it really varies for everyone and also depends on external factors, having to do more with the drs office than with you.

Yes! We're dealing strictly with severe MFI so after 6 long months of testing, medication and waiting, we're moving straight to IVF. I'm more anxious to get started than anything else. The first 6 months seemed to fly and these last few weeks waiting for AF are draaaagging.

My 1st IVF, I did BC for 7 days then 3 days later started Gonal-F/Menopur. The 2nd IVF I didn't do the BC at all.

I did 15 days of BCP for my first IVF cycle. For my FET I didn't need to because I was on Estrace and PIO.

I am starting IVF in January, but no BC. On CD 3, bloodwork and then on CD 21, I will start Lupron.
