Help

Hi , so my DH and I have been TTC for 3 yrs now and tried numerous IUI's and nothing happened. We took a break from fertility and haven't had any procedures since August. A while ago (6yrs) I had surgery to remove a endometriatic cyst. since then I never had a problem with cysts, and AF is normal , pretty on time every month. This month AF was 2 days late , then normal flow for 6 days (a little longer than usual ) , it ended almost a week ago but I have been staining dark brown not alot mostly when wiping and I am so sore on my left side by my ovary. Has anyone experienced this ? It's all very strange to me , does it spound like a cyst broke? or could I be pregnant? I have been googling this and thats all that comes up. Pleas help TIA

Google is toxic- This board is like sunshine! I had something similar happen a few years ago but it was after intercourse. went to my OB, they did a sono and it was a burst cyst. There was evidence of it somewhere....

Do you go to an RE? Are they monitoring you with sonos and bloodwork?

My RE confirmed that I had an ectopic yesterday. I had spotting from when my period was suppose to start and soreness on my left side.

I really hope you don't have an ectopic too, but please take a pregnancy test to rule that out.

I used to have that from O-AF and it stopped after I had a laparosopy and they removed a cyst. It could be another cyst but definitely take a HPT and call your dr. We have been ttc with a RE for about a yr and b/c I have endo and hydrasalphinx (sp) (fluid in my tubes) they think I have a blockage and we need to move to IVF.

I took a test and it was negative ,I spoke with my gyno because they cant fit me in till mid January and they said it sounds like a ruptured cyst. The area is still sore but the staining seems to be getting less and less. I haven't been to my RE since August after 3 rounds of IUI that failed , we are eager to move onto IVF but RE refuses he said lets try one or two more times then we can talk . Personally we pay out of pocket and I would rather go on to IVF not waste $$ on something that RE told me we have a less than 30% of sucess. So I figured it was safer to see my Gyno.
