Veggie Side Dishes for Christmas Day....
I'm making Chicken Parm & Stuffed Rigatoni, and a small eggplant parm since my sis is a vegetarian...
I think I'll make burnt broccolli, a nice green salad.
For apps I do a nice Antipasto- cheese, olives, sausage, roasted red peppers, etc
and roasted shrimp cocktail..
Would love to make 1 or 2 more veggie sides.
Any Ideas??
