i need a chain for a pendant

i inherited a diamond from my grandma and im setting is at a necklace.

i want 2 chains, q long and 1 short to switch out.

i dont necessarily need a white gold chain, i will do silver, but can anyone recommend a place that sells really strong, sturdy silver chains?

ill be paranoid to wear it if i think the chain will break.

i don't know about strength of the chain, but you could check it out at Macy's. At Roosevelt field they have a section of plain chains of different lengths in the costume jewelery section. I bought a long one there in the summer for $30. It is sterling silver and seems pretty secure.

otherwise, i would just try a jeweler. maybe try upstairs at Tri-County?
