ladies who want to have more than 3 kids...

Does it bug you if someone asks you how many kids you want and their reaction is mortification? I want at least 1 maybe 2 more children ( I have 3 now ) and some of my friends say "godforbid"!!! They act like I have agreed to contract herpes or something. I love a full house, I want lots of kids running around my house,. My Mom thinks it is just because they feel I am out of commission when preggo or Bfing and they are pretty socially oriented, so it is their selfishness of not having me be a part of "them". It;s ridiculous, why is is looked down upon to have lots of kids?

I don't know but I agree with you. I want a big family and everyone thinks I am crazy. For each their own and its not for everyone but keep your opinions and crazy looks to yourself!!

If I was set money wise I would have more. but, people constantly say to me "You are done right!"

OMG I Hate this!

I want 3-4 (money willing- and hey if money allows more than that- who knows )

I dont like the comments that say something along the lines- well Im grateful I got 2 healthy ones- so why be greedy and have more and run any risks...????

Im always floored- and left thinking "and what- Im being greedy and running risks by having more??"

I dunno- maybe I take it the wrong way....

I get looks and told Im crazy often when I tell people I want more... (I remember telling someone I wanted 3 more and Ryan was only a few weeks old... and the lady thinking I was kidding... )

My MIL and SIL- seem to think the more than 2 is too many- and my FBIL- seems to think that people like me overpopulate the earth???


I swear- ive heard the strangest things!

I would have more if I had a money tree in the backyard. But it so expensive today to raise children school, college, sweet sixteens, cars, wedding and etc .

As the oldest of 7, I always was subjected to overhearing people saying uncalled things to my mother.

my grandmother, her mother, was actually the worst. The youngest is 15, she still makes comments as though we are a tribe.

so glad to hear some of you are on the same page, I went to a psychic and she said if I didn't want ot get pregnant 2 more times to make sure I use protection because a boy and then a girl was coming though. So I tell a few friends and they say "Godforbid". Maybe godforbid for them, but not in my eyes, I thnk i handle work, the house and 3 kids pretty well, add another 2 means adding more joy in my opinion.

I say screw what other people think and do what makes you happy....You have gorgeous children who make you happy....why wouldn't you want anymore.......And speaking of gorgeous children.......how about seeing some recent pics.....
