Is anyone else....
feeling FAT!!!
I am feeling sooooo heavy, bloated and just yucky...it could be that I have been stuffing my face with anything and everything unhealthy...man oh man so I need to get on a diet....so cliche but I am starting back on my exercise & healthy eating plan for the new yr!!!

Yes!! I've been eating the saltiest foods all week and I can't stop. Now I'm soooo bloated!
