how does this sound for brunch for about 8?
Coffee, Tea, Juice, Soda
Quiche ( 2 types)
Croissants/rolls
cold cuts/cheese
potato,macaroni, tossed salads
fruit

What about some muffins or scones? I'm always looking for sweet stuff at a brunch!  Personally, I'm not a huge quiche fan so I feel like you might need some other breakfast options.

I agree And the mimosas are a great idea, love them and they are great with prosecco!
