artichoke hearts recipes?
what do you make with artichoke hearts? I'm on an artichoke kick lately and am looking for new ideas!

I like to boil my chicken so it stays moist. I like the tomatoes in EVOO and non-marinated artichokes.
I can't help you w/ measurements, go by how much you like.

My mom always made a dijon chicken that I loved growing up. I couldn't believe how easy it is!
Just saute chicken breasts in a little olive oil. Mix together white wine with dijon mustard and pour over the chicken once its browned. Add chopped artichoke hearts and heat through. So good and so easy!

I cut them up into little pieces, mix with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, egg and some water. I make football sized patties and fry them.. they are SO good!

Sauté onion in oil..add artichoke hearts....let them get soft I use frozen hearts...add a package of peas.....salt and pepper......great little side dish....also if you want cut potatoes up very small fry them...then add to the artichoke and peas dish
