Is anyone a NYC Employee or DH is ?

I am a NYC employee and I am actually switching to GHI since they have the best IF treatment coverage...I currently have HIP HMO and all that is covered are IUI's.

DH is NYC and we have GHI; they cover a lot! I would stay but i believe you get 2 fresh and frozen cycles covered??? How many do you have left?

I used 1 fresh.
My RE mistake with the lab I wasted a fresh because of a lab error and couldn't transfer any back.
After they fixed the lab error we put them back with a frozen.
Now I have 1 fresh 2 frozen left.... But I am going to try and get them to work with me and help out with the fresh that they messed up

Right it is 3, I hope not to have to use oall of them...fingers crossed. What rx coverage do you have? Mine combined with the PICA and CVS Caremark covered almost everything with; my co=pays were about $100.

we have express scrips which covered no fertility meds and has a 3 time injects policy which i used up years ago
