Al's Heating Service in Flushing...vent!

We met with Al in September to convert our oil to gas. He quoted us $4000 and said he needed half up front. STBX wrote him a check to Al's name, not the company. idiot.

3 months later no work has been done to convert to gas. He kept blaming national grid yet whenever we called them they said there was no application on file.

Every time we called Al for an answer he never answered his phone, his 800 # service or promised to call back and never did. It wasnt until STBX called the guy who recommended him and told him to tell his friend if he doesnt give back the $2000 we're writing a complaint with the BBB. The next day, the friend, not Al, called us and said Al was sending us a check.

So now all that time was wasted and I'm trying to sell my house!
