I shove the cavity full of citrus and herbs and make an herb butter that I smother all over the skin and under the skin. I have been doing this for years and it comes out so moist and tasty.

i am stuffing the cavity with lemon, onions, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper and some stuffing. sprinkling the outside with S/P granulated garlic and some herbs and cooking it breast side down so that it self bastes!

Rubbing an herb shallot mixture under the skin. Roasting it with onion and herbs inside.
I usually brine it so this will be new for me. I'll make sure to do a lot of basting I guess.

Slather on herb butter between skin and meat. Stuff with apple, onion, carrots, celery, herbs. Put in Reynolds Turkey Bag and let it go!

My grandma is making the Turkey, first time hosting and I don't want to take the chance in ruining it!
