places to rent a vacation home within 3-4 hours of ny?
i'm looking for somewhere to rent a home within a 3-4 hour drive of ny for next fall..
we'll probably end up going with 1-2 other couples, and we'd like to stick to somewhere fun that also has a brewery..
any ideas?

I don't really know about breweries, but I would start there. Find some breweries you would be interested in visiting and then check out vrbo and cyberrentals for house rentals.

We rented a house in Maine a few years ago in October. There was 12 of us.. it was a BEAUTIFUL time of year. The house was right near a lighthouse and we visited so many places.
I def recommend anywhere in New England in the fall!
