Beaujolais Nouveau
has anyone tried this year's? i buy it every year as tradition for thanksgiving. but some years have been really disappointing! just wondering if anyone tried it yet...

I am not a fan of BN at all - that being said, my best friends have a party every year and this year's was actually more palatable than in the past.
I wouldn't seek it out again, but its better this year!

BN has had its ups and downs (as does many wines) but generally they are decent. i find if it's not the best year, i serve it chilled instead.

2009 was an amazing year 
I have a bottle waiting for when I am over this darn cold
I looooove the idea of a BN party. This year would've been great since it was on my birthday

I tried it this weekend. Not my favorite but I do like it for the holidays and it wasn't bad at all. And, can't beat $9 a bottle!
